Resumen
El síndrome OHVIRA es una rara malformación mulleriana caracterizada por útero didelfo, hemivagina obstruida y agenesia renal ipsilateral. Las pacientes con esta alteración usualmente se presentan con dolor pélvico, dismenorrea, y un tumor pélvico después de la menarca, en raras ocasiones puede presentarse años después con infertilidad primaria. La sospecha clínica es esencial para el diagnóstico preciso.
