Bacteriología biliar en pacientes sometidos a colecistectomía laparoscópica por litiasis vesicular sintomática

Resumen
La litiasis vesicular es una condición frecuente en el mundo. En estudios de necropsias en México el Hospital General de México
reportó una prevalencia para ambos sexos de 14.3% (8.5 varones y 20.4% en mujeres). En condiciones no patológicas la bilis es estéril y es motivo de controversia si las bacterias son la causa de la litiasis o si la litiasis es la causa de la colonización bacteriana.
