Tratamiento del cúbito varo postraumático en niños

Resumen
El presente trabajo muestra los resultados de una osteotomía en cuña de la metáfisis distal de húmero para corregir la desviación externa del antebrazo, que queda como secuela de una fractura supracondílea en niños, dicha desviación es llamada cúbito varo. Para evaluar la corrección de dicha osteotomía, se usó la clasificación de Flynn, que contempla los grados de corrección, así como los arcos de movimiento del codo.
