Resumen
La reconstrucción nasal con el colgajo frontal descrita originalmente en la antigüedad en la India ha sido piedra angular para la cobertura de defectos tisulares en la nariz. En la época moderna, este colgajo ha presentado gran variedad de modificaciones, realizándose en uno, dos o tres tiempos quirúrgicos. La reconstrucción nasal requiere el análisis crítico del cirujano plástico de los tejidos involucrados, conocimientos anatómicos y quirúrgicos, ofreciendo un mejor resultado estético esperado.
