Resumen
El mixoma odontogénico (MO) es considerado un tumor odontogénico benigno intraóseo, pero localmente invasivo. Histológicamente consiste en escasas células con un eje o forma de estrella en un fondo de estroma mixoide. Según la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS), el MO se clasifica como tumor benigno de origen ectomesenquimal con o sin epitelio odontogénico.
