La comunicación de las malas noticias en la relación médicopaciente. III. Guía clínica práctica basada en evidencia

Resumen
El presente estudio evalúa sistemáticamente la literatura existente en la Comunicación de las Malas Noticias (CMN) en la práctica médica para usarla como evidencia en la elaboración de una guía clínica. Por su extensión se ha dividido en tres partes: 1. Aproximación Conceptual; 11. Revisión Sistemática de la Evidencia; y 111. Guía Clínica Práctica Basada en Evidencia. La fuente de datos fue una búsqueda computarizada en PUB-MEDL1NE mediante las palabras «malas noticias» y «pacientes» («bad news», «patients») como descriptores. Esta tercera parte y final, constituye la guía clínica práctica y está orientada a mejorar las habilidades de comunicación de los médicos de cuidado primario en ese contexto.
